The all time favourite. A Quarter Side (quarter of a cow) is our best seller. Our quarters weigh in around the 50 – 55kg mark and will last a family 3 to 5 months. A "Quarter Side" of beef will cost you between $850 and $900. The price per kilo is $16.95 per kg (as of 1.3.22).

Our ‘Quarter Sides’ are incredibly popular for families just like yours.
A “Quarter Side” of beef will cost you between $850 and $900. The price per kilo is $16.95 per kg (as of 1.3.22).
To secure your order we ask for a $100 deposit. We will then invoice you for the carcass weight of your order prior to delivery (this includes the fat and bone)
Your order comes tray packed and labelled so all you need to do is pop it in the freezer.
(Please allow around 3 weeks for delivery – our meat is dry aged for up to 21 days)
Go through the cutting list and select how you would like your quarter side of beef sliced. These cuts will be tray packed and labelled into meal sized packs. Pay your $100 deposit to secure your order.
Wait time is around 3 weeks. Our meat dry ages for up to 21 days. We will contact you at the beginning of the week to organise a delivery time for that coming Saturday morning.
Once delivery is scheduled we invoice you for the carcass weight of your order. This includes the weight of the fat and bone. You then either pay the invoice balance directly into our account or select to pay by card on the day of delivery.
